Whether you need extra room for a studio, sleepout or office, man, woman or kid cave, we can help! With a variety of sizes to choose from, we can lease you a room to fit your needs. We offer spacious standard rooms in 4.1m, 4.8m, and we also can supply you with one of our exclusive 6m or 6.6m rooms, installed with a partition wall and sliding door, effectively giving you two rooms in one!
We also have a studio style room with an en-suite and kitchenette (limited supply; terms and conditions apply).
All our rooms are lined, wired, insulated, painted and carpeted with underlay, and come with blinds and/or curtains, a smoke alarm and a 20m caravan power lead.
We are a local company, and we source our cabins from local builders, supporting our community. Our mission is to provide the best solution that helps everyone, and to support local companies and local people.
Our smallest room measures 4.1m x 2.4m.
Perfect for a studio, office or sleepout, it can fit a Single/Double/ Queen bed and a desk or drawers, and fits neatly in your back or front yard.
From $75.00 per week.
Our Large cabin measures 4.8m x 2.4m and gives you that extra room so that you can fit in a queen/king-sized bed, a set of drawers and more.
From $85.00 per week.
If it’s a huge amount of room you need, we have 3 choices for you. The first measures 5.4m x 2.7m and the largest measures a whopping 6.6m x 2.7m!
From $100 per week for 5.4m x 2.7m
From $110 per week for 6m x 2.7m.
From $115 per week for 6.6m x 2.7m.
Get a partition wall in your 6m or 6.6m, for an extra $5 a week effectively giving you 2 rooms in one.
All Rooms are subject to availability and require a security bond of 4 weeks lease, plus the delivery fee to be paid before delivery.
The cost of delivery depends on where the room is to be sited, so please contact us for a free quote. As a guide, a town delivery is around $300-400 whereas one further north, for example to Paihia, is around $600.
